The space
One room, drawn as a line.
A former print works off Old Street, stripped to brick with one line drawn through it. Warm on one side, cool on the other, and the crossing in between.

Warm east, cool west
Enter at the midpoint.
The Heat Room lies to the east — cedar, low light, the high benches. The Cold Well to the west — poured stone, still water, four degrees. You choose your direction, and cross back.
Materials
Cedar, stone, still water.
Warm timber on the hot side, cool poured stone on the cold. No mirrors, no screens. The quiet is engineered — panels behind the brick, soft floors, doors that close without a sound.

Standards
Held to the degree.
The Heat Room holds 82°C. The Cold Well holds 4°C, filtered and turned over four times a day. Both are read every hour and corrected before they drift. Temperature is the one thing we never leave to chance.
The people
Hosts, not instructors.
They set the pace by watching, not counting. Trained in contrast, breath, and the physics of both. You will not be pushed — you will be paced.
